Privacy Policy
This policy explains how KRONOR PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U26520GJ2026PTC180716), having its registered office at BL 1, Aditya Nagar-1, Joshipura, Junagadh, Gujarat – 362001, India ("KRONOR", "we", "us") handles your personal data when you visit this website, buy from us or contact us.
Effective date: 1 November 2026
01Who is responsible
KRONOR PRIVATE LIMITED decides why and how your personal data is processed through this website and is responsible for it. Contact us at inquiries@kronor.in or write to us at our registered office: BL 1, Aditya Nagar-1, Joshipura, Junagadh, Gujarat 362001, India.
02What we collect
We collect only what we need:
- When you order: your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address; the items, amounts and order history; and payment references returned by our payment provider (for example a payment ID and status).
- When you contact us: your name, email, optional order number, the reason for contacting us and your message.
- When you track an order: the order number and email you enter.
- Technical data: our servers record basic request information such as IP address, date and time and pages requested, used for security, fraud prevention and to keep the service running.
- On your device: your cart and wishlist are stored in your browser’s local storage and are not sent to us until you check out.
We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. These are entered on the payment provider's page and handled by the provider.
03Why we use it
- To process, fulfil, deliver and support your order, including sending order confirmations and dispatch updates.
- To take payment and verify it with our payment provider, and to prevent fraud and duplicate charges.
- To respond to your enquiries, returns, cancellations, warranty claims and complaints.
- To meet legal obligations, including tax, accounting and consumer-protection record keeping.
- To send you news about KRONOR products — only if you ticked the optional box, and you can opt out at any time.
- To secure and maintain the website.
04Legal basis and consent
We process your personal data with your consent, which you give when you submit an order or a contact form, and for legitimate uses permitted by law, such as complying with legal obligations. India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 are being brought into force in phases, with most obligations on businesses taking effect on 13 May 2027. We have written this policy to meet that standard already.
You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to inquiries@kronor.in. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already done, and we may still need to keep some data where the law requires it (for example, invoices). If you withdraw consent for an order in progress, we may be unable to complete it.
05Who we share it with
We share personal data only as needed to run the service, with:
- Payment provider — Razorpay, to process and verify payments.
- Courier and logistics partners — our courier partners — your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
- Email service — our transactional email provider, to send order and support emails.
- Hosting — our website hosting provider, which stores the website and order records.
- Professional advisers and authorities — accountants, lawyers, and government or law-enforcement authorities where required by law.
These providers process data on our instructions or under their own regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
06Where it is stored
Order and contact records are stored with our hosting and service providers, with access restricted to authorised KRONOR staff. Some service providers may process data outside India; where they do, we use providers that apply appropriate safeguards and we comply with any restrictions notified by the Government of India.
07How long we keep it
- Order, invoice and payment records: for as long as required by tax and company law (generally eight years from the end of the relevant financial year).
- Customer-support messages: for as long as needed to resolve your request, and then for up to three years in case of follow-up questions or disputes.
- Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe.
- Server logs: for a limited period for security, then deleted.
08How we protect it
We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restricted to people who need it, payment handled entirely by a regulated payment provider, and signature verification of payment notifications. No system is perfectly secure; if a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the authorities as required by law.
09Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
- Correct, complete or update inaccurate data.
- Erase data that is no longer needed, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.
Write to inquiries@kronor.in. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will respond within the time limits required by law.
