Is the price final?
Yes. ₹29,999 is the price you pay for the watch and it already includes GST. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay — never after.
When will my watch arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and typically delivered 3–7 business days after dispatch. You will receive tracking details when your order is dispatched. See Shipping & Delivery.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are always handled — tell us within the period stated in the policy.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty runs for one year from the date of delivery and covers manufacturing defects in the movement, hands, dial and case that affect normal functioning under normal use. Read the Warranty Policy for details. It is in addition to your statutory rights.

How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by our payment provider, Razorpay. Available methods are shown on the payment screen. We never see or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Cash on delivery is not currently offered.
