02Using this website

• You may browse and buy for personal, non-commercial use.
• You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, or submitting false or fraudulent orders.
• We may suspend access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused.

03Eligibility

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law, and provide accurate contact and delivery information.

04Product information

We take care to describe our products accurately. Specifications are listed on each product page only once verified. Product images are representative; the watch you receive may vary slightly in finish and colour. Colours may appear differently on different screens. 3D views are illustrative and approximate.

05Prices and taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%). Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. The total shown on the checkout page is the total you pay.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

06Placing an order

When you submit an order and complete payment, you make an offer to buy. We send an order confirmation email once our payment provider confirms your payment to our server. The contract is formed when we send that confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example if a product is unavailable, the delivery address is unserviceable, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we refund any amount paid in full to the original payment method.

07Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never receive or store your full card details, CVV, UPI PIN or banking passwords. An order is treated as paid only after the payment provider confirms the payment to us through its secure server-side mechanism. If a payment is debited but not confirmed, it will be reversed by the payment provider or your bank in line with their timelines.

08Availability

All orders are subject to availability. Stock levels shown are updated from our inventory records but can change between adding to cart and payment; if an item becomes unavailable we will tell you and refund you in full.

09Shipping and delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

10Cancellation

Cancellation is governed by our Cancellation Policy. We do not charge cancellation fees unless the policy says so and we bear similar charges if we cancel.

11Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. We accept returns of, and refund, goods that are defective, deficient, not as described, or delivered late beyond the stated delivery period, as required by law.

12Warranty

Our warranty is set out in the Warranty Policy. It is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law.

13Intellectual property

The KRONOR name, logo, designs, photographs, renders, 3D models, text and code on this website belong to or are licensed by KRONOR PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

14Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law, including your rights as a consumer.

15Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, government action, strikes or courier disruptions. We will tell you promptly and, if an order cannot be fulfilled, refund you in full.

16Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your right to approach any Consumer Commission with jurisdiction under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Junagadh, Gujarat have jurisdiction.

17Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
